What ₹1,999 buys
What do I get for ₹1,999?
A prepared, one-hour Vision Call with a strategist, with AI on screen. We discuss your brand, business goals, design requirements, AI automation opportunities and digital growth strategy. You leave with your brief written up, your Opportunity Map, your first three moves and a written summary the same day, then an estimate within 24 hours. All of it is yours to keep.
Why is the Vision Call paid when the Snapshot is free?
The Snapshot reads your public links. The Vision Call is prepared before you arrive: we read your Snapshot and your brief first, and AI drafts your map ahead of time, so the hour goes on decisions, not introductions.
Is it a sales call?
No. It is a working session on your business. You see the work your business needs, not a pitch. Whether you then build with us, with your own team or with someone else, what you leave with is yours.
Where does the call happen?
Online, on Google Meet with screen share, so you can join from anywhere. If you are in Nagpur and would rather meet at the studio on Wardha Road, say so in your booking and we will arrange it.
Is the fee deducted if we go ahead?
The Vision Call is priced on its own, for what you take away from it. Your estimate follows within 24 hours and is priced separately, with stages and options to choose from.

The one-hour call
What is the objective of the call?
To turn what you need into a written brief, see the work it calls for, and agree where to start. By the end we have picked your first three moves and the one number we will measure them by.
How does the hour run?
Five minutes on goals and how we use AI. Fifteen on your brand and business today: leads, sales, operations, team, money and marketing. Five on where your week goes. Fifteen while AI reads the signals and your Opportunity Map appears on screen, with a live demo of the top item. Ten on where to start. Ten on how we would work together.
What is the Opportunity Map?
The design, automation and growth work your business needs, on one screen: what to do, the time it gives back, build time, and what comes first.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Get your free Snapshot first if you can, and fill in the short brief when you book. Have a rough idea of the tasks that fill your week and the hours each one takes. We do the rest before you arrive.
Who runs the call?
A NERV MEDIA strategist, with AI on screen. People make the decisions; AI shows the work.
Can my team join?
Yes. Anyone with the link can join the call, and the demo runs on a shared screen. Tell us who is coming in your booking so we prepare for them.

How the work runs
What happens first?
Send your website and social links for a free Snapshot. We review them with AI and a strategist and email you a short report within 8 hours: what is working, what is leaking, and what to fix or automate first.
How do I book and pay?
Choose a date and time on the Vision Call page and tell us what you need. A person confirms the time by email and sends payment details for the ₹1,999 fee. Your slot is held once it is paid. Nothing is charged online when you book.
What happens after the call?
Your estimate follows within 24 hours. It explains how we would work, in stages, with three options: consulting, a one-time project or a retainer.
What are the stages?
A 14-day pilot first: your first one to three automations from the Opportunity Map go live, with the hours measured before and after. Then the build, in order of priority, with handover and training for your staff. Then run and grow: upkeep, ads and content, the Monday Signal Report and a monthly review.
How is a project paid for?
A one-time project is a fixed price agreed before work starts, 50% in advance and 50% at go-live. A retainer is monthly in advance, with a three-month minimum, and you pay Meta and Google for ad spend directly. Consulting is a fixed fee for the audit, paid before it starts, and a monthly fee for advice.
How do we know it is working?
We agree one number to measure before work starts and report on it every week. Time saved only counts once we have measured it. We do not guarantee results.
What about our data?
The Snapshot uses only your public links. We ask before AI reads your session brief, and we never need your passwords or your customers' personal data.
