Founded by Anoop Rathod in Nagpur. The name comes from nerve. Nerve also means steady courage. We make clear calls, we move first and we own the result.

Anoop has spent close to a decade in digital marketing, on both the agency and the brand side, in B2B and B2C. He is a mechanical engineer by training, from YCCE in Nagpur, and a marketer by trade: performance campaigns, social media, PR and branding, SEO and the user experience of the websites those campaigns land on.
Before NERV MEDIA he led a cross-functional team of 23 designers, SEO specialists, paid-ads specialists and developers, ran performance budgets of ₹80 lakh on Meta and Google, and generated leads across three countries. Earlier still he co-built a nutraceuticals brand from the ground up, raising its seed round and writing its vision, mission and values. That is where the NERV idea comes from: growth works when sensing, deciding and acting happen in one place, as one system.
