Your report is written as soon as your payment goes through and emailed to you within minutes. If it fails to send, we are told and send it to you by hand.

• Consulting. The audit is paid in full before it starts. Advice is paid monthly in advance.

[Refunds for work already started, and for a monthly plan you stop]

If money left your account but the page did not confirm your payment, do not pay again. Write to us with the time, the amount and the payment ID if you have it. We check it against Razorpay and reply.

Email hello@nervmedia.com with your name, what you paid for, the date and the Razorpay payment ID if you have it.
