Your data,in plain words.

NERV MEDIA runs this website from its studio in Nagpur, and decides what is collected here and why. For anything about your data, write to hello@nervmedia.com.

Only what you type into a form, and a few facts about your visit.

• Snapshot report: your name, email, business name, the public links you share, your WhatsApp number if you give one, your team size and what takes most of your team's week if you answer those, and your consent choices.
• Vision Call booking: your name, email, phone, company, Google Meet or your office in Nagpur (with the address for an office meeting), your preferred date and time, what you need, and your team size if you give it.
• Contact form: your name, email, company, what you need, the project type and budget band you choose, and your message.
• With any form: where your visit came from (see below) and your browser's name and version. Your IP address is used only to stop repeated submissions, and is not stored with your request.
• Payments: you pay in Razorpay's own window, so we never see your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay tells us the payment ID, the amount and whether the payment went through.

• To write and email your Snapshot report, prepare and confirm your Vision Call, reply to your message and send your estimate.
• To send you WhatsApp updates, only if you ticked that box.
• To see which ads and pages bring enquiries, so we stop paying for the ones that do not.

We do not sell your details, and we never need your passwords or your customers' personal data.

A few companies process your details on our behalf, each for one job.

• Razorpay takes payments. Its payment window loads only when you choose to pay.
• Anthropic writes the ₹299 Snapshot report with its Claude API. It receives your business name, your name, the public links you share and, if you answered them, your team size and what takes most of your team's week, and it reads those public pages. We send them only after you tick the box that allows it.
• Hostinger runs our mailbox, hello@nervmedia.com. Every form is emailed there, and your report is emailed to you from it.
• Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) keeps a copy of each form, when we have it connected.
• Vercel hosts this website and counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
• Meta and Google, only if we switch on the Meta Pixel or the Google tag, and only after you click Allow. They tell Meta and Google which ad led to a visit, a payment or an enquiry, so we can measure our ads. If you click No thanks, neither ever loads.
• WhatsApp, if you message us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers that chat.

Our own server keeps each Snapshot request and a record of each payment, so a report that fails can be sent again and no payment is counted twice.

We set no cookies of our own. The site keeps up to four small notes in your browser:

• nerv-theme: whether you chose the light or the dark look.
• nerv-consent: your answer about the ad tags, when that question is shown.
• nerv-attr: where this visit came from: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), an ad click ID (gclid or fbclid), the page you landed on and which version of it you saw, and the site that sent you. It is cleared when you close the tab, and reaches us only with a form you send.
• nerv-purchases: the IDs of payments made in this tab, so the ad tags never count one twice. It is kept only while we use the ad tags, and is cleared when you close the tab.

If you click Allow, the Meta Pixel and the Google tag may set their own cookies.

• Write to us to see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
• Stop WhatsApp updates at any time: tell us on WhatsApp or by email.
• To change your answer about the ad tags, clear this site's data in your browser and the question appears again.

When we change how we handle your data, we update this page and the date at the top.
